Kristina Holzweiss, school librarian at the Bayshore Middle School was voted School Medial Librarian of the Year by School Library Journal in 2015. Chris had an opportunity to speak with her about how to reach kids with STEAM, making science fun (even though Chris and Kristina are not great with math) along with some great laughs and Batman impressions along the way. What is SLIME? It is an incredible expo that is free to the public and has vendors and library professionals from all over the region that are there to promote “making”.
